How long is the return period?

You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
  • All labels, accessories, and original packaging must be intact.
  • You must provide your order number and proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or neglect.
  • Bulk or custom orders.
  • Products that have been modified or altered privately.

What to Provide When Requesting a Return

Please submit 5–10 clear photos or a short video of the product, showing all sides and details.

Our team will review these images to confirm eligibility before approving your return.

Heater Issues

If your heater malfunctions, we’ll resolve it immediately.

  • We’ll send a new replacement heater at no cost, or
  • Offer a $200 refund if you prefer.

    Additional compensation is not available beyond these options.

Sauna Modifications

You are welcome to modify your sauna; however, Rodeo is not responsible for any costs, performance issues, or warranty claims resulting from alterations.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, processing takes 1–3 business days.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically appearing within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Return Policy Details

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours so we can promptly correct the issue.

  • If damage or missing parts are reported within 24 hours, we’ll replace or reship the affected items free of charge.
  • Reports made after 24 hours are considered customer-caused, and a 20% restocking fee will apply.
  • Orders cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation are fully refundable.
  • Orders cancelled after 24 hours but before shipping incur a $500 cancellation fee.
  • Orders shipped and later returned for personal reasons (“changed mind,” “ordered wrong item”) require the customer to cover round-trip shipping and a 20% restocking fee.

Note: We do not accept merchandise returned without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be processed and may result in loss or delay of refund.

Replacement for Damaged or Missing Items

While rare, shipping damage or shortages can occur.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Visible damage or missing items must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
  2. Concealed damage or shortages discovered after unpacking must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

We’ll coordinate directly with our manufacturing partner to supply replacement parts once notification is received within that window. Claims made after 72 hours cannot be honored.

Shipping Costs

  • If a return is caused by the customer (wrong item, change of mind), the customer covers shipping both ways.
  • If a product arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, Rodeo covers all shipping costs.
